Executive Coaching

We coach individual leaders or executives, to help broaden perspectives and decision making. We focus on executives that lead or support Go To Market functions and we specialise in strategy formulation as well as its translation into execution. We act as a confidential sounding board to help leaders navigate complex issues or transitions and we focus on unlocking potential rather than giving direct answers. We typically engage in 1:1 confidential sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and these tend to be time-bound to 6 or 12 month arrangements. The arrangements are typically structured using our Bubbl3 framework but anchored around key business and stakeholder goals.

We assist organisations in the execution of key deliverables. These can be short strategic projects with defined scope, execution of plans or operation of a function on an interim or time-bound basis. In these engagements we offer hands-on implementation, execution or operational leadership. We work best when working alongside internal teams to deliver on specific projects, KPIs or milestones and we bring leading practices and playbooks to accelerate delivery. We can fill skill gaps or capacity gaps during periods of change in your business and we can help provide structure and accountability to ensure initiatives move from plan to impact. We typically operate as project leads, operational drivers or task force members.
